We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and share a little about the two lifelong friends behind DL Surface Cleaning.

My name is Dalton Merryman, and I was born and raised right here in the Montgomery area. I attended Montgomery

High School before continuing my education and football career at Texas Tech University and later the University of Houston, where I had the honor of becoming a team captain.

Football played a huge role in shaping who I am today. It taught me discipline, accountability, leadership, teamwork, and most importantly, the value of treating the people around you with respect. Those are the same values I bring into DL Surface Cleaning every single day.

After college, I was fortunate enough to pursue an opportunity to play football at the professional level and try out for the NFL. Although that chapter didn’t work out the way I had hoped, it opened the door to something different — the opportunity to come back home, build something of my own, and serve the community that helped shape me into the person I am today.

And my name is Leyton Sanches, also attended Montgomery High School. After high school, I chose to pursue a career in real estate, where I gained valuable experience working with people, building relationships, and understanding the importance of taking care of customers. Outside of work, I am always looking for my next adventure — whether that’s skydiving, scuba diving, or cycling.

Together, we started DL Surface Cleaning with a pretty simple goal: work hard, treat people right, provide quality work, and take care of our hometown.

We’re not a huge company. We’re two lifelong friends working to build a local business and a reputation we can be proud of. Every customer, every job, every referral, and every person who supports us means more than you know.

So with that being said, we just wanted to officially introduce ourselves!
